By engaging in any of our referral or rewards programs, you agree to the below terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before beginning.
Referral Program
Eligibility
The Element Mist Referral Program (“Program”) is open to individuals 18 years or older.
Element Mist employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Referral Bonus & Discount
Referrer: A $50 Visa, Amazon, or equivalent digital or physical gift card (“Referrer Bonus”) will be awarded to the individual (“Referrer”) who refers a new customer.
Referral: The referred customer (“Referral”) will receive $250 off their misting system installation. This discount will be applied at the time of installation payment.
Successful Referral Requirements
The Referrer must be the original source of the lead. Referrals already in Element Mist’s database or previously contacted by Element Mist are not eligible.
The Referral must complete a misting system installation with Element Mist (deposit and final payment made).
The Referrer Bonus is only payable once the installation is fully completed and paid in full.
Payout Timing
Referrer Bonuses will be issued at the end of the calendar month in which the Referral’s installation is completed and paid in full.
Payments will be made in the form of a Visa, Amazon, or equivalent digital or physical gift card (at Element Mist’s discretion).
Program Limitations
There is no limit to the number of Referrals one person can make, but only one Referrer Bonus will be awarded per new customer.
Self-referrals are not permitted.
Element Mist reserves the right to verify eligibility, deny payment for fraudulent or ineligible referrals, and modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
General Conditions
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Bonuses and discounts are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
In the event of a dispute, Element Mist’s decision is final.
